Jin Gang Li Gong

Jin Gang Li Gong

An advanced practice integrating Taoism and Buddhism, emphasizing the cultivation of both vitality and nature. Originating in the Han Dynasty and maturing during the Song Dynasty, it is based on Qi and breath as its foundation. Personally taught by Professor Xianhua Yu, the 23rd generation successor, and Master Xinmin Guo, the 24th generation successor.

Wing Chun

Wing Chun

An internal martial art founded by Abbess Wu Mei during the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty. Renowned for its "inch power," it features fast punches, dense defense, and agile horse stances. Guo-style Wing Chun integrates internal power generation and innovates the "Comprehensive Wing Chun Power Circulation Training Method."

Ba Ji Quan

Ba Ji Quan

Originating in Cangzhou, Hebei, where literature brings peace to the world and martial arts stabilize the universe. It is fierce and explosive, with the "Six Great Openings" and "Eight Great Techniques" as its core. Master Xinmin Guo is the ninth-generation successor of the Wu-style Open Door Bajiquan.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi

A national intangible cultural heritage, its core philosophy is the Taiji and Yin-Yang dialectical concepts from traditional Chinese Confucian and Taoist thought, integrating functions such as cultivating temperament, strengthening the body, and martial combat.

Shaolin Kung Fu

Shaolin Kung Fu

Originating from the Shaolin Temple on Mount Song, "All martial arts under heaven come from Shaolin." It unifies Zen and martial arts, with 545 existing routines of fists and weapons. Listed as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2006, it has approximately 100 million practitioners worldwide.

Wudang Quan

Wudang Quan

Originating from the sacred Taoist site of Wudang Mountain, Zhang Sanfeng of the Northern Song Dynasty created the Thirteen Tai Chi Forms. A representative of internal martial arts, with the saying 'Shaolin for external arts, Wudang for internal arts.' It emphasizes using stillness to overcome motion, striking after the opponent acts, and using minimal force to deflect great power.

Xing Yi Quan

Xing Yi Quan

One of China's three major internal martial arts, created by Ji Jike in the early Qing Dynasty. Its core consists of the San Ti Shi stance practice, Five Elements Boxing, and Twelve Animal Forms Boxing. Its fighting style is characterized by direct, straightforward advancement and forceful engagement, making it unique among internal martial arts.

Bagua Zhang

Bagua Zhang

One of the three major internal martial arts, created by Dong Haichuan in the late Qing Dynasty. Its basic movement form is walking in circles, with footwork like wading through mud and body movements like a swimming dragon. In 2008, it was included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage list.

San Da

San Da

A combat form of Chinese martial arts involving long-range kicks, close-range strikes, and grappling throws. The primary techniques are kicking, striking, throwing, and defense, conducted in a three-round, two-win ring system. Master Guo Xinmin is a national-level Sanda referee.

Nan Quan

Nan Quan

A collective term for traditional martial arts styles popular in southern China since the Ming Dynasty, centered in Fujian and Guangdong. It encompasses five major schools: Hong Family Fist, Liu Family Fist, Cai Family Fist, Li Family Fist, and Mo Family Fist, as well as branches like Choy Li Fut and Tiger-Crane Double Form Fist.

A physical and mental training method using breath regulation, form adjustment, and mind control. A treasure of traditional Chinese culture, divided into dynamic and static practices. Guo Xinmin (formerly known as Guo Xinmin), born in 1972, is a native of Juancheng County, Heze, Shandong Province. He studied under Professor Yu Xianhua, the 23rd-generation inheritor of Jingang Li Gong (Vajra Strength Skill), and also trained in Wu's Open-Door Bajiquan, Foshan and Ip Man lineage Wing Chun, integrating internal power generation, fierce short strikes, and close-quarters combat. With over thirty years of dedication to martial arts education, he previously served as the Executive Vice Principal of Kunyu Mountain Martial Arts School. His overseas disciples span six continents, promoting the international dissemination of Guo-style Wing Chun and Jingang Li Gong.
